Shipping, Delivery and Returns

We offer free shipping for orders $50 and over, excluding large or bulky items like tents, roof top tents , Trailer tents and Portable fridges. Shipping these items  is not free and we use a reputable company to ensure they make it to you undamaged. Good freight is not cheap - Cheap freight is not good. 

The cost of shipping will automatically show at check out.

Smaller items will be sent on UPS ground with a time frame of 3 to 5 days, Larger items Such as Roof Top Tents we use ODFL and 3 to 5 days is the norm, Sometimes it is better to have these large items shipped to a local depot so you can arrange to pick them up. If this is thew case we will contact you to discuss.

In both cases you will get a email with tracking details at the time of shipping, We will try to ship all in stock orders ship with 24 hours of transaction.

We are happy to exchange, provide store credit, or refund items in new, unused and original condition within 30 days from the date of your order. When returning items, all product/ticket swing tags and packaging must be returned undamaged with the goods in order for the goods to be restocked and resold. Return shipping costs will be refunded to you where the return is a result of our error.

Buyers are solely responsible for any return shipping and handling charges or shipping insurance charges to Expedition Express or to the manufacturer. If we use our freight to save you money you agree to provide a valid credit card to pay for this service. We suggest you mark the returned item to be signed for as cannot be responsible for lost items.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and/or Wholesale vendors.

Expedition Express is absolutely NOT responsible for lost or stolen items, or items damaged during shipping, or damage that took place after the product has been received. You can request a signature on delivery at no extra charge. If freight company shows items as delivered then any missing items is a discussion with them. 

If there are any lost or stolen items, you the customer are responsible for contacting the Shipping Company in order to solve the issue(s).

Buyers are solely responsible for any shipping and handling charges or shipping insurance charges if an item is being returned to Expedition Express or to the manufacturer.

We, Expedition Express will contact you in the event that any products fall into the special order category, i.e., the product needs to be re-ordered, back ordered, or has any other sort of possible delay involved.

Any and all returns must be authorized by Expedition Express.

There are no returns on ’special orders”, unless the manufacturer shipped the item and it is defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please contact Expedition Express if this is the case and we will contact the manufacturer and have them replace or exchange the item(s).

All returned items must have original packaging, original documentation, and also be accompanied by a receipt. -There are no returns on any used or installed items!
